Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of genface.store and any related services (“Service”) operated by genface (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3What the Service delivers
genface designs a fully synthetic virtual model and renders a pack of AI generated photos and videos of that model, according to the plan and the brief submitted at checkout. Every person depicted is computer generated and does not exist. We do not generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals, and we do not accept photographs of real people as input.
4Your brief
You are responsible for the content of the brief you submit. You must not request a likeness of a real person, a public figure, or any minor, and you must not request content that would be illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where you intend to publish it. We may refuse or cancel an order that conflicts with this clause and refund it in full.
5Ownership and licence
Subject to full payment and your compliance with these Terms, you receive an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, publish, modify and monetise the delivered photos and videos, including in advertising. The persona created for your order is not resold or reused for another client. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregate technical data about generations to improve the Service.
6Disclosure of AI content
The delivered material is AI generated. Where the platform, market or law you publish on requires labelling of synthetic media or of virtual influencers, complying with that requirement is your responsibility.
7Prohibited use
You agree not to use the delivered content to impersonate a real person, to harass anyone, to depict or suggest a minor, to commit fraud, or in any way that breaches applicable law or the terms of the platform you publish on. You also agree not to resell raw Service outputs as stock, templates or datasets.
8Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details. All prices are shown on the site at the time of order in US dollars, as a one-time payment per pack. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
9Delivery and refunds
Packs are normally delivered within 1–2 hours to a private link and by email. If the delivered model materially misses the brief you submitted, we re-render the pack once at no additional cost. If we fail to deliver at all, you receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued to the paying wallet and may be subject to network fees. Because the content is produced to order, we do not refund packs that have been delivered as described.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet any specific aesthetic or commercial expectation beyond the brief.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to other customers, third parties or our business.
13Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be marked by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
