Privacy Policy

1Who we are
genface (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates genface.store and the AI model-pack service offered through it. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
2Data we collect
When you place an order we collect: the email address you enter at checkout; the brief you write describing the model you want; order data (plan, extras, order id, timestamps, payment status); payment metadata returned by the processor (transaction id and status — never full card numbers); and standard technical data such as IP address, user-agent and server logs. We do not ask for and do not want photographs of real people.
3How we use data
To produce and deliver your pack; to process payment and send order confirmations; to answer support requests; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
4Legal basis
We process data to perform the contract between us, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and on your consent where consent is required.
5Third-party processors
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment providers (card and cryptocurrency processing), our AI generation providers (your brief only), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
6Retention
Delivered packs stay available at your private link for 12 months, then may be removed from storage. Order and payment records are kept for up to 5 years to satisfy tax and anti-fraud obligations. Briefs are deleted together with the order record.
7Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the operator session and your order state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and UK GDPR where relevant) you may access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to support@genface.store — we respond within 30 days.
9International transfers
Our infrastructure and processors may sit outside your country. Where transfers occur we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10Security
We use TLS in transit, access controls, and private, unguessable delivery URLs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 and may not be used by them. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
12Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be marked by updating the effective date above.
